Our Blue Island site has moved; our new location in Merrionette Park expands our capacity to serve the needs of Southwest suburban families and individuals, providing a full range of services spanning behavioral health, legal aid, domestic violence and parenting.
"The way we presented ourselves before ... the book might've looked a little bit used, but when you opened the book, you got the best knowledge out of it," shares Case Manager Melissa Coleman. "Now, the book matches what's on the inside."

"It Takes a Village" Virtual Baby Shower Mpowers our growing families
It takes a village to raise a child, and thanks to the Chicago Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., 31 moms, soon-to-be moms, and dads in our Calumet Center’s Altgeld Gardens community are feeling a village’s worth of support!
The CMAC Deltas hosted a baby shower featuring both a Zoom get-together and a socially distant drive-by event, as well as gift bags full of donated baby items, for our expectant families.
